Can I purchase a Bulo product as a private individual?

Yes. Bulo was founded in 1963 as a manufacturer of office furniture. The cross-fertilization between home and office furniture in the past decades and our collaboration with external designers have made our collections suitable for both. Private individuals are more than welcome in our showroom.

When can I visit your showroom?

The showroom in Mechelen opens its doors every weekday from 8.30 to 17.30 (on Friday to 16.30) and on Saturday from 10.00 to 17.00. Find our showroom in London or a list of our international dealers here.

Can Bulo advise me on how to furnish my office?

Yes. Our talented team of interior designers breathes office design. They translate your needs and taste into your ideal (home) office lay-out.

Does Bulo customize products?

Yes. All our standard collections come in a wide variety of colours and materials but we’re also open to explore other options. Our professional carpenters also manufacture made-to-measure furniture designed by our specialists according to your needs, without any connection to our existing collectio

Can you deliver the products to my house or office?

Yes. In Belgium Bulo can deliver to your doorstep with its own trucks and installers or will use an experienced transport partner. For deliveries abroad, please contact us.

What should I do when the product I just received is damaged?

Bulo handles your order with the greatest care. Complaints about visible transport damage or loss must be noted on the driver’s CMR consignment note immediately. Invisible damage or loss must be reported to Bulo in writing within 7 calendar days following the delivery.
